Here are some real time examples: This story has been told to me many times.
Client was told they cannot Jet a clog that the street and property will have to be dug up by Horizon. We came in with Jet machine 150 foot in and with some time we fixed sewage pipe clog on office building. No issues since fix.
Commercial Apartment complex in Philadelphia was told pipe was broken under slab in ground floor apartment. 3 story building. Wrong it was broken in 3 spots outside next to 600,000 Volt line. Guess who told them that Horizon, Zoom Jet and 4 other companies could not find the issues in this apartment complex for 10 years. We fixed so many issues they were told wrong.
Client was told cannot install Mini-spilts in one back room because they could not drain the line and it was 20 inches of solid stone. Wait for guess who told them that HORIZON again lol
Smart Shield Windows install just installed & expensive OKNA bow window across street 7/18/2026 without a pan. This has been code for many years now for all windows and doors. In fact they did not even do the standard wrap. Tar paper does wonders for windows.
